Facilitator/Therapist: The Imagination Process™ Reaching for Wellness and Healing was designed by Wendyne Limber, MA, LMFT, RDT/BCT. Wendyne Limber, director, designer and creator of The Imagination Process has been working with transpersonal group therapy for 20 years - the founder of Solutions Center for Personal Growth and Soul Studies Institute in Stuart, Florida. Wendyne is a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Drama Therapist and Board Certified Trainer of Drama Therapists and a Shamanic Minister through Venus Rising Institute of Shamanic Healing Arts. She serves as a supervisor for Florida Registered Marriage and Family Therapy interns and mentors MA students at various colleges in the U.S. Wendyne is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of the National Association of Drama Therapy. About the Program
The Imagination Process™ Reaching for Wellness and Healing is a NEW program - an outgrowth of The Imagination Process - a powerful and successful healing program happening in Stuart, Florida since 1990, designed by Wendyne Limber, MA, LMFT, RDT/BCT. The program will be offered in Miami, Florida in January 2010. Information about this program will be offered in an experiential mini-workshop on November 12, 2009 at the Wellness Community of Greater Miami from Noon to 3pm.
The Imagination Process™ Reaching for Wellness and Healing has been created to empower those with any form of cancer at any stage to consciously participate in their own unique healing experience. Through a powerful and dynamic psycho-spiritual group process, those recovering will be able to deeply explore their personal body/mind connection for a deep and sacred healing process.
Through The Imagination Process Reaching for Wellness and Healing, participants will be able to face the many physical, emotional, spiritual, and family challenges on the journey ahead with others who understand. Participants will directly experience and learn to create relaxation, calm and feelings of empowerment, which will directly affect and strengthen the immune system.
The Imagination Process Reaching for Wellness and Healing addresses the emotional and spiritual aspects of recovery, elements of the healing process often neglected as medical treatment takes priority - yet, so very important and vital for healthiness and well being. Participants will be given the opportunity to explore and understand their own emotional and spiritual movement through the many phases of treatment; work with the grief process, feelings of fear, anger and sadness, transform past and present pain for deep personal healing, connect with the deeper meaning of their own illness and feel empowered again to create and design a new life!

How it Works
The Imagination Process™ Reaching for Wellness and Healing is comprised of 3 phases of work described below. Participants attend a process group each week after completing a Life and Family History and the creation of a personalized Plan of Intention. Individual therapy sessions are also included and are an integral aspect of the program. A workbook with daily teachings and assignments completes the process and gives participants continuity of care while in treatment.
